Royal Holloway has two separate and distinct email services:
For those of you who have staff or older student accounts the old OWA link is still available: Webmail
The new student email service is called Outlook Live. Students whose email addresses end in @live.rhul.ac.uk are hosted by the Outlook Live service. Outlook Live is currently provided to students who have been allocated computer user accounts after 1st August 2009.
Students who were allocated with user accounts before 1st August 2009 (email address ends in @rhul.ac.uk) are hosted on the On Premise Exchange system. These students will be migrated to the Outlook Live service in 2010. Users will receive further information nearer the time.
All staff email accounts are provided using the On Premise Exchange system.
